Hi, I'm Jennifer.
When I was younger, I wanted to become a fashion designer. I have always had a knack for creativity, a keen eye for color, and find joy in turning my skills into tangible designs.
Helping Others
Along with being creative, I have always been fascinated by human behavior. I examine topics and issues through an analytical lens to gain insight in how people learn, make decisions, and take action on their goals.Â
Educator
Guided by a servant heart, I pursued a role as an educator in K-12 schools. My teaching approach involves creating personalized learning experiences and using action mapping to improve learner performance.
Technology Trainer
While being an educator, I took on the role as my organization's technology trainer. During virtual learning, I trained and coached staff members on how to structure their online learning environments to optimize learner success and improve accessibility for all learners.
Adaptability
Throughout my time as an educator, it became apparent that I can handle uncertainty and change with grace. I excel at adjusting to new situations, thinking creatively, and finding solutions to problems.
Opportunity
In my free time, I scour the internet to stay up-to-date on trends, research, and acquire new skills for instructional design. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute to your organization as an instructional designer.
